Pam Rosener, President of YMSL’s National Board, is on a mission to bring the YMSL experience to as many communities as possible to provide YMSL’s unique service, learning and leadership opportunities to young men and their moms across the country and around the world. Currently, there are over 100 chapters in 15 states. Since its inception YMSL members have served over 2 million community service hours.

In 2001, YMSL began with the Plano Chapter in Texas with Pam serving as President and Director. Pam loves mentoring young men to develop their hearts for service. She also delights in seeing moms deepen their relationships with their sons while growing personally through their leadership roles in YMSL. Pam thinks that YMSL has the most talented women around, and she is constantly humbled by how great they are!

Pam's passion for the organization is still growing strong and has led her to her current position on the National Board. Her favorite philanthropic effort of YMSL is the Ultimate Gift Event. She is continually amazed by what we as a group can accomplish when we combine our efforts. Pam is dedicated to the expansion of YMSL and wants to grow to 250 chapters by 2024.

Pam is originally from Potomac, Maryland and now lives in Plano, TX. She has 4 children, 3 of which went through the YMSL program. When not running YMSL, Pam is a realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex. Her and her husband are now empty nesters and she plans to devote any additional time to YMSL and its growth as well as continuing to develop her real estate business.

Pam loves tennis and has played competitively for 20 years, no Thursday meetings for her! She also loves the beach and the mountains; time with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
